I promised an update didn't I? so here I am. (:
good evening and welcome.
okay no need to be so formal right, Sarah? hahah, okay okay. so we went to Melacca on Friday. when was that date? oh shoot. nevermind. so after that, we 'escaped' from home at around 5:30AM. yes, AM. we were supposed to be making our way to a Go Kart stadium but it was closed unfortunately. why? the daughter of my aunt had to go for an interview in Kuala Lumpur and she's heading to Italy for God sakes. for the Go Kart world cup championships. :O
so after driving so long and getting my ace white as sheet ( my mum totally forgot about my passport's expiry date and we were fucking scared that we'd get detained by the customs.) and butt cramps, we stopped by at Machap. well Melacca certainly changed alot. for the past 6 years of not ever going there, it really do have a lot of changes. yes, MAJOR CHANGES but yes, they can be improved. In fact, Singapore has better toilets than Malaysia to be frank.
stopped by for breakfast and then off we went to Melacca. accompanied my dad throughout whilst my mum slept with the other two boys. and believe me, my head was filled with multiple repetitions of The Beatles stuck in my head. But baby I like it, a lot really. It has been a while since I last sang to their songs.
hehhhhh. okay so after reaching melacca, we headed down towards the idk where. there was a giant boat, lots of shops and lots of people. Temperature unbearable, but it's okay. (: then we headed down towards the ancient memory lane, where loads of shops where selling cheap things. and damn. there was this shop, oooh so bloody nice. yes, literally. and the clothes there are awesome, not to forget of course. If only I brought my money along eh. oh yeaaaah. even though we've stocked up on water supply, with the tremendous heat and everlasting thirst, water felt like heaven. :B then we had juice drinks and then continued walking, aiming wherever it led us to. oh, we saw an ancient mosque too. the mosque in particular was OLD. hello? but not run down. the roof of the mosque, if you were to observe carefully, follows the Chinese, with the idk what's the type. but the entrance of it all followed the portugese style. OH! beca here and there with loud oldies/newbies songs. (: ah the joy if being in an old state. but Melacca definitely changed alot.
yeaaaaaaah. after that we headed down to Kenny Roger's for lunch. :B mmhmm. it has been a while. and after the wait, it's good you know. (: so yeaaaaah. Smoked bbq is awesome. hehehehe. yeaaaaaaah then headed down to idk where. shopped like mad and then we got lost in some place. Umbai I think. We wanted to go there to eat the famous Ikan Bakar. :D but ikan bakar not available so crab it was with prawns and Nasi Lemak. yes, we literally eat alot that day. but I liked it wait no. I LOVED IT. why? family day out, awesome right?
hahaha, yes so update is done! I know, I am sorry. eh, at least took the time to update okay! it 12 in the morning. Im supposed to be sleeping. not typing this. I WANT WIND, but i don't want fan wind. I want the natural mother nature's wind. oh.
and I MISS MY GRANDMOTHER ALOT OKAY. We love you, nyai. (:
